Statutory Recovery Group provides forensic audit, case data enrichment, and strategic advisory services. We are not a law firm or a licensed insolvency practice. We act as strategic brokers to secure the best professional representation for our clients.

2. Success-Based Fees

Our services are provided on a success-fee basis. Fees are only triggered upon the successful recovery and distribution of assets to the client's bank account. All specific fee percentages are defined in the Strategic Mandate signed by both parties.

3. Effective Cause

By engaging our forensic audit services, the client acknowledges Statutory Recovery Group as the "Effective Cause" of any subsequent recovery related to the identified assets. This protection ensures the integrity of our forensic research and data discovery.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
